Important notes
- The right of withdrawal applies only to European Consumers.
- Some clauses apply exclusively to certain categories of Users (e.g. only to Consumers, or only to non-Consumers). Where this is the case, the limitation is stated explicitly; otherwise, the clause applies to all Users.
2. CONDITIONS OF USE
Unless stated otherwise, the following rules apply to every User.
Eligibility – No distinction is made between Consumers and Business Users.
2.1 Registration
Users may open an account by providing true, complete data. The Service can also be used without registering, but some functions may not be available.
Users must keep their login credentials confidential and choose the highest-level password offered by the Application. By creating an account, Users accept full responsibility for all activities carried out with those credentials and must notify the Owner immediately if they suspect any breach or unauthorised disclosure.

Closing an account
Users may close their account at any time by contacting the Owner.
Suspension / deletion
The Owner may suspend or delete any account, at its sole discretion and without notice, if it deems the account inappropriate, offensive or in breach of these Terms. No compensation is due. Suspension/deletion for User fault does not waive any amounts the User may owe.
3. CONTENT WITHIN THE APPLICATION
Unless indicated otherwise, all content on this Application is owned by (or licensed to) the Owner. The Owner endeavours to ensure that no content violates applicable law or third-party rights; if you wish to complain, please use the contact details above.
3.1 Intellectual-property rights
All intellectual-property rights in the content remain with the Owner or its licensors. Users may not copy, download, share beyond the limits below, modify, translate, publish, transmit, sell, sublicense, transform, transfer or create derivative works from that content, nor allow others to do so, unless expressly authorised.
Where explicitly stated, certain content may be downloaded/copied/shared for personal, non-commercial use, provided the author and any required circumstances are credited.

3.2 External resources
This Application may link to third-party resources. The Owner has no control over, and accepts no liability for, those resources. Their own terms and laws apply.
3.3 Permitted use
The Application and Service may be used only for their intended purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. The Owner may deny access, terminate contracts or report misconduct to the authorities if a User:
- violates law, regulations or these Terms;
- infringes third-party rights;
- prejudices the Owner’s legitimate interests;
- offends the Owner or others.
4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Certain Products offered through the Service are paid. Prices, duration and conditions are shown in the appropriate sections.
4.1 Product description
Prices, descriptions and availability may change without notice. Visual representations (images, colours, sounds, etc.) are for reference only; the definitive characteristics are set out during checkout.
4.2 Purchase procedure
- Select the desired Product.
- Review the information shown.
- Submit the order.
Order submission creates the contract: the User must pay the indicated price, taxes and charges. If the Product requires input (information, files, specifications), submitting the order obliges the User to cooperate. A receipt confirmation is then e-mailed.
4.3 Prices & payment
All fees, taxes and costs (including shipping, where applicable) are shown before the order is placed. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout; some may carry extra conditions/costs. Payments are processed by third-party services; the Application never stores card data.
4.4 Retention of title / usage rights
Ownership and usage rights transfer only after full payment is received.
4.5 Delivery
Delivered to the address specified by the User. Users must inspect parcels on receipt and may refuse visibly damaged packages. Delivery areas and times are stated in the relevant sections.
Failed delivery – The Owner is not liable for errors due to inaccurate addresses or for damage/delays once goods are with a carrier chosen by the User. Uncollected goods are returned at the User’s expense.
Digital content – Delivered via download. Users must ensure their devices/software meet current standards. Download availability may be time- or location-limited.
5. USER RIGHTS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU Consumers)
Consumers residing in the EU may withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days, without giving any reason, except where an exception applies (see below).
To withdraw, send an unequivocal statement (e.g., the model form provided) before the period expires.
Effects – The Owner refunds all payments received (including standard shipping) within 14 days of being informed. Extra costs for non-standard delivery are non-refundable. Unless agreed otherwise, the same payment method is used.
Return of goods – Unless the Owner offers to collect them, the User must return goods within 14 days; refunds may be withheld until the goods, or proof of return, are received. The User bears return costs and is liable for diminished value due to handling beyond what is necessary.
Exceptions – No withdrawal for:
- digital content delivered on a non-tangible medium once execution has begun with the User’s consent and waiver of withdrawal;
- goods made to measure or clearly personalised;
- sealed audio/video/software unsealed after delivery.
6. LEGAL WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY (EU)
The seller guarantees that goods conform for at least two years from delivery, in line with the Consumer’s national legislation.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNITY
7.1 Australian Users
Nothing in these Terms excludes any right under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 that cannot be excluded. Liability is, at the Owner’s option, limited to resupplying the services or paying the cost of resupply.
7.2 US Users
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Owner disclaims all warranties, express or implied. The Owner does not warrant that:
- content is accurate or reliable;
- the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free;
- defects will be corrected;
- the Service is virus-free.
The Owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages; any hacking, data loss, bugs or viruses; or any amount exceeding what the User paid in the previous 12 months (or the term of the Agreement if shorter). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; they apply only insofar as permitted.
Indemnity – Users agree to hold the Owner harmless from any claim arising from their use of the Service, their breach of these Terms or of third-party rights, their violation of law, or content submitted via their account.
8. GENERAL PROVISIONS
- No implied waiver – Failure to enforce rights is not a waiver.
- Service interruptions – The Owner may suspend the Service for maintenance; unforeseeable events may cause downtime.
- Resale forbidden – Users may not reproduce or exploit the Service without written consent.
- Privacy Policy – Personal-data processing is detailed in the Privacy Policy.
- Intellectual property – All IP rights in the Application belong exclusively to the Owner or its licensors.
- Changes to the Terms – The Owner may modify these Terms at any time; continued use implies acceptance.
- Contract assignment – The Owner may transfer its rights/obligations; Users need prior written consent to assign theirs.
- Severability – If a clause is void, the remainder remains in force; EU and US variants apply as detailed.
- Governing law – These Terms are governed by the law of the Owner’s establishment. EU Consumers retain mandatory protections of their residence country.
- Jurisdiction – Exclusive venue is the courts where the Owner is established, except that EU Consumers (and those in CH/NO/IS) may sue in their place of residence.
- Dispute resolution – Users should first contact the Owner; complaints will be handled within 21 days. EU Consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
